Professional team and great service. Our water heater broke with water over 75% of the finished basement. The process to restore took 5 days with manpower, equipment and technology. Would highly recommend this company. Their staff is remarkable, patient, kind, and personable. The equipment removal team (Makhi and Mikel) were thorough and joyful! It’s a pleasure to have service people who enjoy their work and customers.

I recently used Royal Water Damage for mold remediation in my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their communication was excellent — every time I called Dispatch with a question, they either had an answer right away or got back to me very quickly. On the first day, a team consisting of David, Jeff, and Jake arrived to prep the work area for the abatement team. They carefully removed the cabinets, unhooked the appliances, and marked the drywall that needed to be removed. They were extremely friendly, professional, and respectful of my home. The second team, made up of Chris and Alex, handled the actual abatement work. They were just as friendly, efficient, and professional as the first crew, working quickly but thoroughly to get the job done right.

Both Mekhi and Mahkell were the young men that arrived to dry out my basement from a pipe bursting at neighboring home. They were very polite and started the process right away.
