Royal Water

Hot water heater exploded had about 2 inches of water in my basement. It was a Saturday I called and they came out right away drained all the water out of my basement. Put equipment to dry my basement out dehumidifier. They did a wonderful job. They were super nice and very reassuring. I would use them again again hopefully I won’t have to, but I would highly recommend them.

Royal Water Damage went above and beyond for me. They dried up my water problem and sent a very detailed report to the insurance company. They answered all my questions and concerns very promptly. When the insurance company totally rejected my claim, they reopened the claim and were able to get the insurance to pay them in full and also reimburse me for other parts of the claim. I highly recommend Royal Water for the excellent job they did and for the excellent customer service.
