Royale Bezjian Rug Cleaners

We brought in two very dirty shag area rugs on a hope and a prayer they could clean them one last time. Just opened them and put them down and they look absolutely awesome! These worker bees are conscientious, courteous and quick! We'd give them 10 stars if we could!

This place is very reasonable with their prices and the staff I dealt with were very nice. They charge for cleaning by the size of the rug. When you get there they lay it out and measure and have a preprinted price sheet for the area rugs. I came back a week later and had clean rugs nicely wrapped and tied in paper waiting for me. Wont be back soon because I have no more carpet to clean but have already told people about this place and they are bringing their area rugs to get cleaned. A+ all the way

I dropped off 3 area rugs. They took a over a week to get them done. When I picked up the rugs they were rolled up, and I remembered from using them in the past that they would roll it once I was there and let me see them. Once I unrolled them at home, they literally did not clean them. One of the area rugs still had a sticker my son had dropped on it and it was still stuck on there and I had to vacuum the area rugs and now take them elsewhete to get cleaned.

From pick up to delivery, everything is amazing and professional. 5 years of filth, and they took care of it!!!!
