I am so impressed with the prompt service received from Royalty Appliance. Jeramy returned my call right away, we went over some possible causes of my LG washtower not working. He gave me a ballpark figure of repair costs, if needed on the phone. Showed up in the window time that he gave us. Was very knowledgeable and fixed my machine. Very polite and pleasant to work with, will definitely be using them from now on for any future issues with our appliances. I would recommend using this company. It’s so refreshing to find an honest repair person. Will be letting all our friends and neighbors know who to use if they need repairs.

Wow!! Callled as a first time customer for our refrigerator/freezer repair at 8:30 am and was offered a same day appointment between 10am - 2pm. Jeremy showed up as promised. He is an awesome young man with integrity and a great work ethic. He was able to repair the refrigerator with a compressor he had stocked on his truck.
