Royalty Cleaning Services cleaned our two vacation rentals for several years, and I have nothing but positive things to say! Reina is phenomenal with communication and the whole team is detail oriented and consistent. Absolutely would recommend!

Excellent cleaners. They are fast and reliable. My husband brings his suits there every couple weeks and they do great job and get it back to him fast. The people are very friendly and personable which is always a plus.

I have been using Royalty for an airbnb since march 2023 and the communication and value had been great. Keep up the good work! Staff has company t-shirts which is very professional. They also are always available for any last minute cleans which is very helpful in this fast paced rental business.

My husband and I were recently transferred to Hendersonville and I found myself in need of a cleaning service for the home we were able to secure for the next few years. I requested a "move-in deep cleaning" service. I must say that I was beyond pleased when 5 hours later I returned home after Royal's entire team had been at my new home. My kitchen cabinets were fully wiped down, the blinds were taken care of, each window, inside and out were rid of each cobb webs and leaves as well as baseboards!! I am so very grateful to have Royalty Cleaning Services as part of my Hendersonville team, as I am having them return every other week for routine cleanings. They have just completed their first "regular cleaning" and I am very pleased with their follow-up cleaning as well.

Disappointed that we made an appointment for an estimate and they were a no call/no show. Wasted a good portion of the morning waiting for them. When you call the number, it always goes to voicemail and it takes approximately two days for someone to call you back after leaving a message.
