I'm giving this company one star because Sir deserves it for having the most excuses on why the lines have not yet been painted in front of my office. I believe five yellow lines is all I need. The blacktop was recoated at the end of 2023 and then the weather got bad so he said he'd have to wait until the spring of '24. I went ahead and paid him in full because I believe in taking a person for their word and assumed he'd come back. When he still hadn't shown up by June I tried contacting him but no one got back to me. I was finally able to get his attention when I contacted some of his competitors to see if anyone knew if he was still in business. When he reached out to me that's when the excuses began. Since that time, July 2024, he has been promising he'll get it done and when it's not

Did some gutter work for Sir. He never paid. Always said I did a great job, but had an excuse for not paying. Always promising to pay but never did.

Had the opportunity to work with Sir at Royalty Construction last year. Looking forward to working again with him and his team. 10/10 recommend!
