We are thrilled and so very pleased with our new flooring of Coretec Pro Premium vinyl plank purchased and installed by RPM Carpets. From the selection process to the finished floor the staff and installers were a delight to work with. Everyone was professional, accommodating, and responsive. The communication was excellent. This was an expansive project laying flooring in 5 rooms plus closets & powder room covering over 1600 square feet. We would recommend RPM without hesitation.

Received lots of help in sorting through the myriad possibilities of carpeting with Britany and Joe. Pat was meticulous in measuring and cutting carpet for a stair runner with two landings. Great installation. All around, extremely happy with RPM!

So many good things to say. Joel was such a huge help. I had a “situation” that delayed ordering the carpet. He rushed everything for me from ordering the material to having the runners cut and finished and ultimately to having the installation take place before my daughter’s wedding. And the quality of the rug, the workmanship and the installation done by Patrick was impeccable I highly recommend RPM Carpets.

I found the staff at RPM to be very friendly and helpful! The service was very quick, much faster than I anticipated! They measured within a week of my carpet choice, and then it was installed within about 2 weeks from my deposit! Everyone was very professional and the installation looks awesome!!!

Nice selection of carpet and flooring. Knowledgable sales staff. Installers were pleasant and cleaned up after themselves. Competitively priced but their customer service rises them to the top. Super nice. Great experience.
