I had several HVAC companies provide me with proposals for the replacement of my HVAC system. I found that RPM provided a solution that was both energy efficient and cost effective. Rocky was very patient with me as I did change the configuration around several times. The installation team, Alan, Bob, and Jeff, did a fantastic job with the installation. They kept me aware of how the installation was going and completed the job in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend using RPM for any of your HVAC needs.

What a great company to deal with! The owner is honest and knowledgable. They updated my AC and my mothers AC with all new insulated ductwork and condensing units here in Leisuretown. We are new to the area and the home we purchased had a heating and air conditioning system installed by R.P.M Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. So the day after Christmas when I woke up to no heat I called them. Ray came out by 10 and got us up and running. The problem happened again at 3am 10 days later. Called and spoke to the answering service and Ray called me back. He assured me that he would have guys here first thing. At 8am 3 guys arrived and fixed the issue. They have always been professional, courteous and communicating on what they would be doing thru the entire service call. They could not do enough to make sure we were happy and satisfied. Wow what an amazing experience. Called up RPM today to take a look at our heater. Cheerful booking experience. Same day scheduling. Great communication (they called to share when they were on their way). Ken, our tech, arrived and provided the service quickly and professionally. Bonus: he was great with our dog, who was very adamant on helping. Will continue to use RPM for routine service. They set the standard for customer service today and I wish more companies would operate like them.
