Braden showed up on time, was very knowledgeable, was quick, communicated well, wore shoe covers in the house and explained how everything works. Cleaned up and left no mess. Hauled away the old equipment. Very happy with the service.

We had Tom Sanderson install a new hot water heater! We had Tom add an ActiveFlow unit to the top of the tank! it’s a small round chrome unit that conditions water; it’s for scale prevention! Our Valley water is so hard this unit will increase the life of our tank by eliminating scale! The whole installation happened within two hours! You’ll see photos of the Rudd tank with a small expansion tank and the chrome ActiveFlow unit! We highly recommend Tom and R&R!!

Josh came out and serviced our furnace and humidifier. Super friendly, respectful and informative on our system. We have been using R&R for several years, including a full system upgrade and the service and price is great.

He explained in detail what he was going to do before the installation of our water heater and he was efficient and timely with the installation, leaving no mess to be cleaned up afterward. R&R heating and air conditioning is a good company their secretary was very accommodating, rates are reasonable. Alban was prompt, clean and efficient he answered all our concerns and questions was very professional honest and ethical. We will definitely use them again
