I contacted RS Andrews to get a quote on replacing my 24-year-old furnace. Amber showed up on time and was very professional. She explained the replacement options and the new requirements for correctly venting a gas furnace. She was able to answer all my questions and describe the next steps for the replacement. The replacement cost was more than I was expecting, but I know that RS Andrews does good work, so I went with them.

I contacted RS Andrew’s to have an HVAC technician come out to repair an air duct in my garage that had been cut by a technician from another company. RS Andrew’s quickly responded to the urgency of the issue by sending out their technician the same day. The HVAC technician Mark assessed the problem and immediately got to work repairing the air duct and resolved the issue. I was impressed with Mark’s positive attitude, professionalism, and his ability to effectively and efficiently resolve the problem. Thank you RS Andrew’s and Mark for coming to my rescue so promptly!
