Please consider this the highest recommendation possible. I asked Rick if he would look at a Habitat for Humanity house generator that needed to be reprogrammed after we upgraded to a 200 amp panel. I had been waiting for over a year for the original contractor to service the unit. It was very frustrating to have the Habitat house completed and not be able to use the generator. I called Rick one morning, and the generator was up and running that afternoon. I really appreciate his prompt attention. He will now be my “go to” generator service contractor.
