Extremely Incompetent Property Management Company – Avoid at All Costs I live in a newly built community called Lantern Ridge by Lennar, located in Pipersville, PA. Our property is managed by R&S, and after two years of living here, I can confidently say this company is completely unprofessional and unresponsive. I’m not the only one—many of my neighbors share the same frustration. They simply do not respond—not to phone calls, not to emails, and not even through our HOA. Whether we reach out directly or through our HOA manager, we get empty promises and no real action. This year has been the worst yet. R&S maintains our community. In my opinion they are extremely incompetent, This is the entrance to our community. I am surprised at the way these companies are slacking at basic landscape maintenance.
