Employee was rude. He needs to have at least some social skills to answer the phone for their company as a representative. If he represents this company I will definitely use another. no thanks
I'm a liscensed UA pipefitter out of St. Louis. This joker wouldn't sell me 4 16x20x4 air filters. Told me to go to home depot. Your employee needs a courtesy lesson.
Great staff. Always helpful. Great selection. And they can order what you want.
