RSD - Refrigeration Supplies Distributor

Man, I just called this company and I got a boring answer. The guys did not even welcomed me as Rep for this business. It almost seems I called to someone's house. And on top of that, he did not aven wanted to help, like going on and behon.. Good customer service is still a challenge.

I have been doing business with them since they open their doors. I am happy to say they are my first choice for commercial and Industrial HVAC components. Keep up the good work.

Went back on an email telling me that my purchase was under warranty at any rsd store. I won't be using this company or encouraging anyone to use this company for anything if this is how they hold their word.

Really intelligent guys who stand behind their products 100%. Love coming here.
