RT Custom Cabinets, Trim, & Remodels

We wanted to convert part of our porch into more than just a screened porch but rather a 4 season room. Contactracted with Ray at RT cabinets, he figured out what we wanted and made it a reality. We hoped for maximum windows for an open view. Took quite a lot of expertise to design and fit everything within the porch frame. This bonus room is now better than we imagined it would be. Very competitive price. We are absolutely happy with the outcome.

I ordered a cabinet for the living room and bookcase/shelves for an office in May 2021. After cashing my check Ray became hard to get ahold of with lots of excuses when he did answer my calls. The office bookcase was finally installed in Oct and the living room in Nov by his brother. They were missing shelves and glass. His brother came back to fix the shelves but I never got the glass. He still owes me $1000 and won’t return calls. I filed a BBB claim and am now taking him to court. Luckily I had him write up a contract. Very unprofessional.

Ray was our GC for our lake house remodel. He did a fabulous job on all aspects of his work. Thank you Ray.

This company is a joke and he’s as shady as they come, the cabinets he put it in had to be finished by a different guy who was a real carpenter. If you hire this guy you are a fool.

I ordered custom cabinets from R&A CUSTOM CABINETS IN WHITEFIELD OKLAHOMA. I WAS NOT SATISFIED When THEY SHOWED UP. HUGE DEEP HOLES AND DEEP CRACKS. RUFF, NOT SANDED PROPERLY, SANDING DUST POLYURETHANED INTO THE FINISH. BIG DRIPS OF STAIN ON THE SHELVES, UNEVEN STAINING FROM SPRAYING STAIN AND NOT RUBBING IT INTO THE SURFACE , EDGES AROUND THE DRAWERS NOT STAINED, NAIL HOLES AND SCREWS HOLES NOT FILLED. WHEN I WENT TO HIS SHOP I WAS SHOWN WOOD AND IT DID NOT HAVE HUGE HOLES WHERE THE KNOTS HOLES FELL OUT NOR DID IT HAVE BIGE DEEP CRACKS. I REQUESTED I DID NOT WANT ANY HOLES OR CRACKS WHERE DUST AND DIRT CAN BUILD UP. HE PUT ALL THAT KIND OF TRASH AROUND MY STOVE AND FOOD PREP AREA. I TOLD HIM I WAS NOT SATISFIED BEFORE THEY HUNG THEM. HE SAID HE COULD FILL THE HOLES AND SAND AND FIX IT. H
