We needed to replace our water heater. Spoke with Phil and he discussed benefits of tankless water heaters for our situation. We decided on 2 tankless. We received a text on the day before and then Phil, Zach, Landon, and Cam arrived per our scheduled time. They were all very professional, and gave a very accurate explanation of the process and how long it would take. The work is very well done including cleanup after. They took time to explain the heaters and using or adjusting them. We would highly recommend RT Services.

RT services responded quickly to my request to put in a propane/gas line. Caleb came out right away and gave me a fair estimate to put everything together. From the initial meeting, I knew immediately this was the company I wanted to use. They were that responsive and professional! Caleb took great care of our home and was really considerate. I would have trusted them completely to be there alone at my house. From the responsive office and the Overall installation, RT services is one of the best contractors I've worked with in a while!

Fantastic service. Master Plumber Caleb is top notch definitely felt as though he placed our needs as a priority. The gut reaction with Caleb was Instant trust and an extremely professional plumber. Excellent quick response. Superb professional technician quickly diagnosed and presented a repair plan within the hour. Would highly recommend. Absolutely felt as though the company prides itself on professionalism, quality of work and trust of the client. Cannot say enough good about this company. Will be using them for everything in the future.

Zach and Landon were excellent and completely knowledgeable. Zach explained everything very clearly for each aspect of the project and his approach was what I had hoped for. I wish I called RT Services first rather than waste initial money with the local big national firm. Plus Phil the owner came by for a quick checkup and introduction which added a reliability factor and personal touch. VERY pleased with the quick response time, the team, the company, and the result. We decided to give RT Services a call because they had great reviews and they did not disappoint! Caleb did a great job - I know we can’t always have him, but if he’s available, he’s our first preference! Reasonable rates, professional service - very impressed! We will absolutely be calling them for future plumbing needs!
