From the first day we met with Oscar and shared our vision of transforming our large deck and small screen porch to a large porch and small grilling deck, he listened intently; offering suggestions and design tips along the way. When we received the estimate, we found it to be fair but slightly higher than our budget. After conducting extensive research and obtaining three bids, we contracted with RTC. It was one of the best decisions that we have made (see pictures). We hired RTC this past Spring (2025) to enhance the rear of our house. We were replacing a slab patio with a two level raised deck and a motorized aluminum pergola. I've gotta say this was an extremely positive experience -- starting with the initial design and estimate phases, and right up through construction and final walk through. The contract was very concise and left really no room for misunderstanding. Oscar brought us along in thinking through the design. We ended up going with a two level deck made up of TimberTech decking and Trex railing. Plus an 18 X 14 Terra Summer motorized aluminum pergola. The project started on time.
