Was scheduled for a cleaning on a unit that was only 1 1/2 years old. Arrived at 10am left at 7pm for a cleaning. WOW. The technician could not get my unit to run. Was told I needed a pump and put it in and noticed that it was not the problem. They said that pumps don't last and not surprised it went and then after all the hours they figured nothing was wrong with my pump. I have no idea what may happen now since they took my unit apart just for a cleaning. I am so pisssd at the service and the response of the owner that he is human and errors happen. I would never recommended them. I am worried about my heater now and what could happen to the unit beacsue what they did. I should have looked at the reviews. I only wanted my heater cleaned. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Stay as far away from these people as you can, unless you're looking to be scammed out of your money. They'll be happy to promise you an energy efficient unit that qualifies for all sorts of rebates and tax credits, then actually give you a much lower rated unit that doesn't actually qualify for any of them. Their "technicians" are mostly amateurs with zero to little experience and they will leave a trail of destruction and shoddy work throughout your house. There are PLENTY of other A/C and heating options in the Levittown area, save yourself a huge headache and go with one of them instead.
