RTS All American Garage Doors

Well, I've been trying to get a quote for 3 new garage doors for the past 5 days. I was told that I would have a quote and differences between doors over 2 days ago. I even spoke with the lady in the office late yesterday afternoon and she assured me that she would send me a quote before she left work. It's now 3:00 PM on the following day and still no quote and when I call, nobody will answer the phone. I hope others have better luck.

The owner, Robert, was friendly and did not try to upsell anything I didn't need. We made a plan for what to replace and the estimated cost left me pleasantly surprised. Robert explained things to me, helped setup the system, and fixed the shoddy work from a previous person. RTS was recommended by 2 friends, and it makes sense why.

After hours service = ✓ Friendly and knowledgeable = ✓ Preventative maintenance recomendations = ✓ Robert was an amazing technician, knew the issue withing 2 minutes, and was quick and courteous. You can't ask for a better experience. Totally worth the money paid. P.S. Maybe ask the homeowner if they mind if you put a sticker on the wall. They may have a better location for it.
