Melissa was GREAT! She saw the problem with our new Viking range immediately (hinges on the oven door were substandard), placed an order for new, better hinges, and returned three weeks later once they had arrived to install! A job well done! She also took the time to show us how much better the new hinges are. Thank you, Melissa (and she’s a thoroughly nice young woman too…).

Technician came to our house 3/2, walked in saw it was an old down draft, said he'd need to look for a part, left. 2 days later called the office as I found it strange that no one called to follow up with me on timeline / plan etc. they said they'd talk to tech and get back to me. Followed up again following day after not hearing back, was told they still haven't spoke to tech. I said I don't understand the process, how am I sitting her unable to use my stove with no clear plan or timeline of what is going to happen next. The person on the phone because very flustered, dismissive, and rude. They did not answer my questions and only repeatedly pointed that the tech was at my residence only 3 days ago, as if sitting in the dark with no communication from them is normal. My Viking microwave broke at the beginning of November. A technician came out to diagnose and was at my house for less than 5 minutes. He went back, ordered the parts and I waited 3 weeks for the parts to come in. The office called the morning they were coming to give me a time frame of when the tech would be arriving. A few hours later they call back saying the part was damaged and they had to order another one and that they wouldn’t be coming (this happened on Thursday after waiting 3 weeks for the original order to come in) but they would be able to get me in the following week on Tuesday. A few problems I have: 1) how do you not check the part before calling and scheduling a window for the tech to show up? 2) if it’s normal practice to just check the part day of, how were they able to

Zero Stars!! Why was I forced to give them one star to post? They did show up on time (Frigidaire Warranty Service), but with only one tech out of a car. With just a small bag of tools. As soon as he saw the double wall oven, which was listed on the ticket, he said that he can't work on it alone. That RTV would need to send out a two man crew with the proper tools. He also said that they would call me. They didn't. They DON'T answer their phones nor reply to voicemails nor email. This is a scam outfit. Trying to take the cream of the Manufacturer Warranty work and leaving the rest of the calls/customers on their own. Don't waste your time here.

Really poor communication. They came to diagnose the machine and never came back. They don’t answer their phone or emails. I only used them because Speed Queen has a contract with them. If you can avoid it, get someone else to service your machine and let me know who you used!
