I recently had Ruban contractor come out to my home for some electrical work, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The team was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything clearly before starting, and the quality of their work was top-notch. Not only did they complete the job efficiently, but they also made sure everything was neat and safe before leaving. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines skill, honesty, and great customer service — but Ruban contractor truly delivered on all fronts. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy electrical service. I’ll definitely be calling them again for future projects!

Highly recommend!We have a home over 150 years old. They know old home wiring, and bring in new wiring with knowledge of both. Upgraded our panel, sockets, exhaust fans in bath. We have called on them for over 30 years. Reliable, cost concious, explain everything. They even came on emergency when heater turned off. Determined to be electrical by HVAC. Ruban determined water from outside cable was dripping into panel, causing short on heater fuse, but eventually will affect others. They replace the outside cables, ground, and do everything to code. Highly recommend. ( see problem below). They are a great people and personable.

Same day response to my call. Came out to the house 2 days later. Got a estimate soon thereafter. Was able to change our electrical meter box about 10 days after that. Did an excellent job at a reasonable price.

Hired Ruban to install a 200amp service upgrade. There work was sloppy and unprofessional to where I had to go behind them and level and plum there equipment on the outside of my home. The conduit connections to the meter socket and disconnect were left with a 1/4" gap and the threads showing. All I could do was fill the gap with sealant. The panel they installed looked like it was done by a first year apprentice. So bad that it had to be removed in its entirety and reinstalled. When I questioned them on it they tried to blame the electrical inspector. Then to top it off they took my personal property (My old panel) and discarded it. They were told I had plans to reuse the equipment in my pole barn. It was less than three years old and full of circuit breakers. Then they refused to replac
