Very fair pricing on both the installation of a new unit several years ago and the ongoing annual maintenance contract. The technicians are always friendly, polite, and efficient. They are also very knowledgeable and take the time to explain to me any work that they did, how the system is functioning, and to answer any questions I have. And something I especially appreciate is that I never feel like they are going to take advantage of me or try to suggest work that doesn't really need to be done. I trust them with a very important and expensive asset in my home. I was referred to Rubio by a happy customer, and I have recommended them to others!

I only have good things to say! Juan and his team saved us from having no heat in the middle of January. We found out our furnace was leaking gas and needed to be replaced. Juan came out day of to make an estimate, which was a very fair and reasonable estimate. And then made room on their schedule to come out the very next day to do the install. Thank you so much! We are so happy to have heat and not be freezing when it’s 20 degrees out!

Punctual, efficient, explained everything, transparent, took care to make minimal noise as my daughter was taking a nap during the maintenance visit. Overall very pleased!

As always, Rubio Mechanical did a great job on my initial contract visit. Arriving early, which I prefer, and working around my sleeping house guests. Thanks for the professionalism
