We heard a loud crash while having breakfast, and found out our bathroom mirror had crashed to the floor. There were large pieces of glass everywhere. Bernie came with an army of cleaners. They cleaned the bathroom glass and the whole house for Diwali, the Festival of Lights. Great job!

Just used Ruby House Cleaning today for the first time and I have to say this is the best cleaning service I have had in years!! Professional and detailed, my house looks amazing! Thank you so much for a fantastic job!!

If I could give him less than one star I would. He advertises that he closes at 10pm. I spoke with him at 9am and specified that it was important this be done today, he was supposed to be to my house by 4pm he was a no show. I spoke to him around 4:15 he said he was finishing up at a house and would give us a call soon as he is done. It is now 5:05pm and I receive a text message stating that he is not coming and can come tomorrow. When I tried to call him back he did not answer. Smh. This was very unprofessional for him to string us along being as though we stated this was important. He could have let us know he was not going to make it so we could have went with another option. It's now too late to try and contact another service!

I use Ruby house cleaning service and I highly recommend people to try there rates are very reasonable and the service is over the top my house now is a paradise. Thank Ruby amazing job
