Revised- they reached out to me and took the necessary actions to rectify the below issue. I was only charged for what I ordered. Thanks again Mr. Rucci. I have been doing business with them since 2022. This is now the 2nd time I have specifically asked for a certain amount of oil and they have place more! The first time I let it go. This time I called and spoke to Francis. Francis said they are going to give me .10 cent off the gallon. So instead of being charged $828.02 now it would be $807.57 minus the $500 so, I will OWE them $307. I shouldnt be responsible for their mistakes!!!! Francis states its a clerical error. She would not provide me with the persons name that created this "clerical error". This is the 2nd TIME! I advised her this is the second time this has happened. She know

I've been a customer for over 15 years. Oil deliveries are quick and if urgent, they will do their best to get you a faster delivery. Maintenance and repairs (only if repair is needed} of my oil boiler are handled by specialist and expert experienced techs. I love you Rucci

I paid Rucci Oil for heating oil during a snowstorm, but the delivery never came. They later canceled my account and refused service, leaving my two small children, my dog, and me without heat during brutally cold weather in Staten Island. When I called the supervisor for help, she gave me attitude instead of assistance. I had to pay another company for emergency delivery, only to later learn that company is owned by the same business, which is extremely concerning. I am still trying to recover my payment through my bank. This was a stressful, unsafe, and unacceptable experience, and I strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution, especially during snowstorms.
