His troubleshooting was spot‑on, and it was clear he brings deep expertise and pride to his work. Tim removed the defective plumbing and replaced it with upgraded, superior parts—leaving the repair far better than the original installation. His workmanship was excellent, his communication was clear, and his pricing was extremely fair.
