I had an excellent experience with Rug Botic in Orange. They picked up and dropped off my 10×8 rug, making everything very easy and stress-free. What really impressed me was how professional and transparent they were — they sent me videos of every step, showing how the rug was washed and dried using professional machines. It was very satisfying to see the whole process. The rug came back smelling like new, clean, and shining beautifully. I’m extremely satisfied with the results and the awesome customer service.
