This company is a scam. These are not professional cleaners. I called them based on the positive reviews which I now realize are all fake. We needed a stain removed from one of our new living room chairs and they were very quick to send someone out. They told me they needed a special "tech" because of the material and it would cost $450 to take it out. They then quoted cleaning a number of other couches. The "tech" they sent looked like someone they found on the side of the road. Barely spoke English and looked confused. He had no idea what he was doing. Said nothing of the material being "special." He left and although the stains were still there he said the chairs needed to dry. They've dried and are still stained. And the couches that were not stained that he cleaned are now yellow. I'v
