She went the extra mile to check on pricing and was very transparent throughout the process, which I really appreciated. The rug is beautiful and looks perfect in our space. 10/10 experience buying a quality rug. The manager Sarah is a wealth of knowledge with incredible interior design knowledge to help make a hard decision. There is a great selection and they will lay them out and help you make the most informed decision. It took us a couple trips to finally make a choice and Sarah was along for the ride no matter how long it took.
