We found Rugs of the World as we are recently new home owners relocating from a small apartment to a much larger house with tile floors. We need a lot of rugs and I was getting continuously frustrated searching online without the ability to determine actual colors, pile or quality. I could not recommend this store and their staff enough. Helpful and knowledge. Highly suggest you check it our before you order a rug from Amazon or Wayfair.

I had the pleasure of working with Blair and Patty buying most of my rugs for a newly built home and they were so helpful. They were not rude and they did not push me into buying anything. I can not relate to the negative reviews since my experience was great. Going back to buy the last of my rugs next week and I can’t wait. Don’t hesitate to go in. It’s so nice to actually feel what you’re buying and look at the actual colors. Over all I’m a happy camper. Thanks Patty !

Over the years we have bought several rugs from this business. Pricing and quality were always great. Customer service is excellent (they deliver rugs to your house and help move furniture). The owner has great taste and is willing to discuss rugs at length. Will definitely to back.

If you can go somewhere else, you can get a lot more or less of a rug for way less. I spent $260 dollars on a 5x7 rug for my house we were having built and I was now needing a 8x10 for my dinning room. I asked if the rug could be returned if it didn't match anything and they assured me it could with a full refund. I bought the rug and literally took it directly to a super clean storage unit and never unrolled it because our house wasn't done yet. Well after calling and explaining the the sofa set was no longer being made anymore, i had to change my whole decor and explained that its been in storage and never been used, they said they would only do an exchange.
