Rugworks Coastal LLC

Rugworks did all of the flooring in our new home and did an amazing job. The tilework was exceptionally done. We had a grout joint that had a small crack (15 months later) and Jeanette coordinated having someone come out and repair it. We have built several homes during our married life and it is very hard to find a company with customer service like this!

We love our floors and showers! They did a wonderful job and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Highly recommend

Dana at this Rug Works location is absolutely amazing! She offered expertise in designing bathrooms, floors throughout our home design. She had the ability to figure out what my wife was looking for when she didn’t know. Keep up the great work!

Rugworks was the flooring subcontractor in my new home. The quality of their workmanship is what earned them only 2 stars. Several areas of hardwood flooring are loose, even after they attempted to repair it. The seam in my bedroom carpet was poorly done and looks like patchwork even from across the room. They told us that is the best they can do. They are nice people but in my opinion do not stand behind their work.

I highly recommend Rugworks Coastal LLC for all your flooring needs. Jeff, Dana & Terri were extremely helpful and very knowledgable on their products, The installers were prompt on their arrival and very efficient. Even when we had a small issue with the rug, Terri arranged for her team to pick the rug up have it fixed and returned back to its place all within a couple of hours. Excellent service!! Will only shop here for all our future flooring needs.
