If I could give 0 stars I would. Very disappointed by this business and their lack of accountability. I purchased a new home with a 1 year warranty on everything, including the floors this company installed. Before the year warranty was over, I had someone come look at some issues with the flooring. The technician was nice, said there was a definitely an issue and his boss was someone who would honor the year warranty and not ghost me like other companies had done. Well, I wish I could say that was true. I’ve called repeatedly for months and have been told they will let the “boss” know and someone will call me back. Obviously they don’t plan on honoring the 1 year warranty and just pushed it off long enough to be outside of the warranty. Very disappointing.

I would highly recommend going somewhere else. Our general contractor decided to use Rugworks to do the tile work in our bathrooms. There were too many problems to list with the work Rugworks completed. We showed the problems to the person we worked with at Rugworks and he said many of the issues were normal and couldn't be fixed. He made a lot of excuses, but finally agreed to send someone to fix the job. When they came to fix it, they didn't bring the materials needed to fix it. They said they thought the materials would already be there. So they had to come back a week later. This time, they made things even worse (see pictures). Jusy becuase rug is in the bame, doesnt mean they dont do a heck of a job on hard woods! Nick was great. Very communicative. I had two areas of the install that needed a little extra love and nick was there to help each time. The floor install was top notch, Iwatchedh the installers and their attention to detail when lining up an existing with new. I will be recommending them to my friends and neighbors.

Bought all floor covering for a new build from this company. They promised their carpets are "pet resistant" and far superior to scotch guard. However after a few accidents, stains appeared that would not go away. Contacted Rug Works asking for details on the protection, they refused to provide the paperwork, but they did send out a rep to look at the floor. The rep attempted to clean the stains, and once he was done it looked good, for a day, then the stains reappeared. Called them back, that's when their tone changed. They then claimed that all they do is resale the product, if I had an issue I needed to take it up with the manufacturer. The way I see it, is I didn't buy the product from the manufacturer, bought it from Rugworks. asked who the manufacturer was, they told me it was on the
