Apparently the person that was supposed to put on the grub control missed part of our lawn and the raccoons came and tore up our lawn. Called them and you leave a voicemail and no return call from them. We are done with them. This is just not one spot in the yard. Front back and side yard

Contacted Rumery in the late summer/early fall of 2020. The first time I contacted them I indicated that I would need sod laid. They said no problem took my address and said they'd be out to give an estimate. A few weeks went by and I never heard from them or saw them. So, I called again. They didn't have any record of me ever calling and there was a new gal doing some of the administrative work. They mentioned with their backlog being out as far as it is was that I'd be one of the first ones in the spring. I didn't think that was an issue at all. They again took my name, number and address and said they'd be out for a quote. Anyway they never came out. Fast forward now to March of 2021. I love their selection of trees and plants. In addition, they did a great job of planting and staking the trees for me.
