We purchased Loewen windows through Rumson Window & Door after a terrible nightmare with Andersen. We got care and direction from Rumson in regards to our new window order. They were patient when we needed to make a few changes in regards to size. When the windows came, not only was the delivery company they used extremely pleasant but the windows came packaged with care and study casings. The windows themselves were perfection - not one piece was out of place. Our family contractors were absolutely highly impressed with the quality and the ease of installation.
