Runge Enterprises, Inc.

Their side dump chipped up my car due to failure to secure their load (class 2 misdemeanor.) Runge Enterprises admitted fault on the phone and said they'd pay for damages. Per their request, I submitted an estimate from a body shop to fix the paint damage amd my windshield. Now they're refusing to follow through to pay for the damage their side dump caused my car.

They are working on a house next to my apartment building and the employees have their dump truck parked right in front of the entrance of my apartment building! I had to drive over the curb just to be able to park! Very unprofessional in my opinion!
