**Absolutely UNREASONABLE Rate - 0 star here!! ** On 2/2/2026, we requested a RupCoe technician to come fix a leaky water connection pipe under our utility sink, and requested to replace 2 shut-off valves running along the same 0.5 inch copper water line that supplies water to the same utility sink in the laundry room. I was not home due to a business trip, and my wife had too much to handle with a new born. RupCoe's technician came, looked underneath the sink and checked out the 2 other valves that we want to replace. He spent a total of 3 minutes inside my home. Remind you that a brand new ball valve costs $10.98 at our local Home Depot, and we already have the spared parts available, all he need to do is to solder nd re-attach the one pipe under the utility sink and replace two exis

I had my six month old water heater fail… The burner plate was covered in soot. This is a RHEEM water heater, so I used their recommendation for a plumber. I called RupCoe. They sent out Strephon Who not only diagnose the problem, ordered the parts and when they arrived installed them. During the process of testing, he identified a problem with the gas regulator. I was able to call the utility company. And they determined there was a problem with the gas regulator. This has now been addressed and everything is working beautifully. 5 Star Service all around for Strephon and RupCoe. This was a manufacturing defect of the RHEEM water heater. The labor cost was fair, but I would expect Rheem to cover that cost as well as the water heater is under full warranty. Not an issue with RupCoe. Ex

I have been a RupCoe customer for several years and I have never been disappointed with their service. Nobody wants to have repair/servicing done but I have nothing but good things to say about RupCoe. Today I had drain problems and my technician explained everything, provided me with a verbal estimate, was very neat with the clean up and was very pleasant. RupCoe came recommended to me and in turn I would fell very confident in recommending them (which I have).

I’ll be honest, it took a bit longer than expected but they didn’t let me stay in cold. They found a way to make it work without changing parts the first time, just to be able to start the heating. Fair price, ended up paying less than initially requested, due to a change on design. After I totally messed up a simple combo tankless water heater installation myself, they added a few components and they made it work. The mother board and a transformer inside the tankless water heater were defective and they dealt with technical support from Rinnai, they changed the parts after they arrived and made it work. And they fixed my problem, everything works perfectly, including my hydronic heating. I will definitely work with them again, if needed. Highly recommended.

Rupcoe installed my new HVAC system. This company has been around for quite some time and they had alot of positive reviews hence why I chose them to complete the job. The price for a whole new system was very competitive compared to the bigger companies. The guys that did the job were very professional and cared about there quality of work.
