Ruppert Landscape

This company does the landscaping of the HOA and common grounds in my community at the Woodwinds of Cane Bay. They do a poor job maintaining the grounds around the lake in my backyard. They rarely cut the grass on schedule and when they do they leave large areas around the lake uncut, especially the slope down to the lake. The weeds in some places are a few feet high. I have called the company personally and left a message for the manager in charge of the account. No call back. Just a text. Poor customer service. No accountability. Our previous landscape company was not great but much better than these clowns. Poor service is always a result of poor management and failed oversight on the jobsite.

One star is too many!!! While visiting in Charleston my trucks back window was shattered by one of their landscapers. Mitch (the manager) arrived on scene and we exchanged phone numbers. He said the company would pay and advised us to call Safelite Repair. Well, safelite did not have any appointments until Monday, which would’ve been completely acceptable if we lived in the area. It was Thursday, by the way. Our vacation was ending and we were returning home to PA on Saturday. My husband told Mitch the window needed to be repaired prior to leaving because we had small children in the backseat. Once again Mitch stated they would pay for the window. The window was fixed and the bill was sent to Mitch and that’s when things changed! The friendly, cooperative Mitch went radio silent!!!! Would

Hunter, Andy, nick and Emily do a wonderful job. They really care about their customers and aid to any need I’ve ever had. Will continue to work with them for the long foreseeable future!
