Ruppert Landscape

1 star because zero stars isn't an option. Ruppert is contracted to provide snow removal with our community. They were unprepared and inadequately staffed for the Jan. 25 snowstorm, relying (at least in part) upon rented equipment (with limited availability). Contract specified snow removal within 24-hours of the snow ending; it was 60+ hours before they finally showed up. Crews complained how "hard" their job was, when that's exactly what they signed up for when the made the contract.

Worst landscaping company in DMV area! Total 3 visits for leaf collection in our community and still couldn’t complete the work. Crew took 1.5 hr lunch break and left early for the day. Email from Rachael Girard (Ruppert Area Manager). “This season is particularly difficult because are adjusting to the lack of gas blowers due to the Montgomery county ban that started in July. Additionally, leaves have fallen sooner than expected and are falling at a rapid rate, so even after a day's worth of work, it doesn't always look like progress was made. On our next visit we will have additional crews to help clear the areas. We will return for another leaf visit as soon as our schedule allows, but I can't make another accommodation this week.”

These people suck. They do "lawn care" on MCD in Rockville, they litter out of the company truck, they are not considerate of employee vehicles, and my car has been covered in dirt at least twice now. I'm just trying to go to work why does this company have so many unprofessional employees? I would never hire them, not will I suggest them for lawn care in the future. Why mean mug employees on their way in? Why block vehicles? Update: your boys are out in force again today, literally smoking outside of the oncology entrance. Good job!

Guess someone was running late this morning, employee pulling in at 6:30am was within inches of my back bumper for about 6 miles. I was just rear ended over the weekend so this was very disturbing for me. He’s lucky no one pulled out in front of me or no animals ran out as he would have ruined my morning in an instant. Update!! The driver of the beat up silver/grey car, I believe Toyota Corolla or honda accord, almost rear ended me this morning trying to make an illegal passing maneuver in a turn lane. This vehicle very shortly after pulled into the business during the time they prepare for opening and send trucks out.

Had a company truck push me off the road so he could cut another person off.. 75 + mph in a 45mph zone. Then continued to speed up the road that I live on at over 20+ over the limit while giving me the finger…. Not sure about your landscaping but your drivers suck… some f250 going thru Westminster.
