Inexplicably poor snow removal. Contracted by HOA for the Walden neighborhood in Mechanicsburg, blocked in 2 vehicles in front of my house with massive snow piles that somehow I am expected to remove by hand when they packed them in with heavy equipment and frozen into ice, and neither vehicle can move. Do not ever recommend contracting this company for anything besides mowing. Look at the attached photos and tell me how this is acceptable service??

If I could give zero stars, I would. I live in a community where Rupperts handles the landscaping, and it has been terrible. The person I spoke to on the phone when trying to get answers about snow removal was rude and condescending. When I tried to express my concerns, she stated that it was not their job to come back every day to handle the snow (which is literally their job). The snow removal is a mess. They have haphazardly piled and pack the snow into huge, massive blocks at random throughout lots and near entry/exit points. I understand snow can only be moved to certain places, but the way it’s being handled is genuinely dangerous. These packed mounds create visibility issues, block access areas. I never had any issues with snow removal or ice with the old place who used to do it. Al

We had Ruppert spray grass seed on approx 4 acres of our new home construction site- on fresh soil. The growth was quick but the quality of what they spray is absolutely horrendous. We have about 10% of actual grass and the other 90% is nothing but weeds and crab grass. The "lawn" looks like complete garbage. It costs thousands of dollars to have this service and we got nothing but weeds. A friend of ours also used them around the same time and they had the same result and are very unhappy. We would never ever recommend them to anyone! We will now be working on having them either rectify/repair or reimburse this disaster.

Y’all are some lazy landscapers. It’s sad when I have to take pics and show the property manager who she has mowing their community. I’m sure you get paid good too considering it’s a huge complex. Try actually doing your job so maintenance doesn’t have to come behind you!!
