Rural King

I love Rural King. I have a tendency to hit up Rural King when visiting other towns. Today I was at the Mt Vernon Rural King when I had encounter a female employee that was working on their own task but took time to greet each person with a smile as they walked by. I wish I had got her name. This store seemed to have more clothes for those working men.

Love Rural King! Cheaper prices and so many different things in the store. I spend hours just looking around. Best feed prices around! I usually don't go to this location, but they had some extension cords that were out of stock in the Heath Store. Friendly staff and helped me load up my Jeep!

Love this store for supplies and they are very dog friendly. I do most of my dog training in there store.

I was a long-time loyal Rural King customer for both of my businesses. We have bought all of our supplies, hundreds of tools, valves, fittings, water tanks, truck accessories, oil, DEF, etc from the Mt. Vernon store over the past four years. This store used to be awesome. I loved going there. I am reasonable and fair, so it takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. But I was treated so rudely - by the manager, of all people - the last time I went in that I will never return. My employees have all been instructed to purchase all of our supplies from other suppliers from here forward.

This is one of our favorite places to shop at. Employees are very helpful & kind to us everytime where there.
