Steve, the owner, was wonderful. My septic punp failed and it started weeping out of the manhole. I am new to the home and so the on lot septic system was also new to me. He was detailed and explained the system to me. He checked all the power to all the lines. The pump was bad. He replaced the pump, made the wiring connection, lowered it down on to the pad and connected it to the pvc line to the sand mound. He then put all the covers back on. The price was reasonable for the pump amount of time he spent at our house. I would highly recommend Rural Wastwater.
