The Installation team led by Jeremy was fantastic. From removal of the old system and ductwork - to the installation of the new system and new ductwork – Jeremy took the time to explain what they found, what they were going to do, and review all of the work done. He addressed all questions and concerns and ensured everything was done to our full satisfaction!

Can’t recommend Rush Heating and Cooling highly enough!! They do great work, provide effective solutions, and are always professional. Wesley took care of us today and we couldn’t have had a better experience!

Great Service! After removing the fan and vacuuming all the leaves out; There were several very minor items that could have caused our unit to fail if left unattended like wires rubbing on metal and sensors that needed cleaning. Rush addressed all these in our bi annual service and did a great job insuring our unit is kept in top working condition. Thanks Thomas for being courteous and so thorough!

Response from Rush Heating & Cooling was speedy. Weslee arrived within about 3 hours from my call to the office. He was very polite & capable. Weslee explained the issue and cost before performing the work. He completed the work quickly and offered to sweep up the debris that had fallen from the attic as he worked. He also wore shoe covers from the beginning. Weslee showed respect for us and our home and it was much appreciated. I recommend Rush H&C and Weslee.
