Avoid. Called to fix a leaking washing machine. While the tech was there the washing machine lost power. The tech advised that i order additional parts to fix the power outage before he could look at why it was leaking. The power on the unit was working that morning. Regardless, i was able to fix power to the unit within 5 minutes of the tech leaving - a complete waste of $125.

I don't like being disappointed. Don't make an appointment and then cancel last minute. I needed my refrigerator repaired and the food is going bad quickly. These guys are supposed to work around the clock, that is their business. I call them up and they say they can come on Sunday at 2:00pm, they call me at 2pm to tell me they can't come, some excuse about only having one truck and it's broken down. I get there are emergencies, but you are a business and should have backup for those things. At least tell me you will be a little late and making arrangements for with some other tech to come.
