Their technician, Ruben, was quick to respond and asked for a photo to give us a quote quickly with no surprises. I appreciate the quick response and upfront details of cost as I have definitely been given surprises with other locksmiths or told they cannot give me a quote until they get here to see the lock. Being able to send a photo and get pricing was very helpful to choose our best solution to our lockout mishap.

I called today after locking myself out of the house during the ice warning and was told a technician would call me. Called a few mins later and said he would be 20-30mins. Keep in mind I do understand that the roads were possibly icy and was grateful that they quoted me that time. Also keep in mind I was outside in said cold weather waiting. Service was 5, pricing was outrageous 1 (smart lock adjustment $672), just for what they deemed a repair but I believe it was just a readjustment of the locking mechanism and another 1 for me having to call him and what appeared to be forgetting our appointment. If we weren’t in a time crunch would have cancelled - STRONGLY recommend an estimate before they come out, their technique with us was to provide the estimate on site but by then you almost feel compelled to use them to avoid the hassle of bringing someone else out.

Edited to Add they also go under the name TEAMWORK LOCKSMITH and that is where all yhe Bad reviews are saying it is a scam !! These People are SCAM ARTISTS !!! Took advantage of my family and I at a vulnerable time and charged us $1700 to drill out pur locks and replace the locks. I told them I didn't want him to replace the locks after I realized this was a scam and he kept Telling me that wasn't an option and he HAD to replace the lock per company policy " for our safety." Probably more like so he code have a key to my house. We immediately called a legit and reputable locksmith and had our locks replaced again because we did not feel safe in our home. Before they came out I asked the price rate. Before unlocking my car when they arrived I asked for a price rate. Even after waiting 2 1/2 hours for them to arrive. Just to find out 2 1/2 hours of a wait and 2 minutes of work cost $225.
