Rusher Air Conditioning

We had such a good experience with Rusher AC after almost getting ripped off by another company. John was our tech and he was seriously the nicest guy - took his time to actually figure out what was wrong instead of just trying to sell us expensive stuff we didn't need. Long story short, another company tried to charge us over $800 to replace our whole condensate pump. John came out, shot the situation, and realized we just needed a new exhaust tube. Fixed everything for $160 total, even with a couple visits. He explained what he was doing and never made us feel rushed or pressured. It's so hard to find contractors you can trust these days. These guys are legit and we'll definitely call them again.

I had a very disappointing experience with Rusher Air Conditioning. I reported an issue with my AC to my property management on a Saturday, but no one from Rusher showed up until Wednesday -- four days later. The technician, John, was at my home for a few hours and only added a bit of Freon to the system. He mentioned there might be a Freon leak and noted the system was showing an E1 error code, but didn't take further action. The next day (Thursday), two more technicians came out to find the leak. They arrived at 8 a.m. and stayed until around 1 p.m., going back and forth repeatedly without clear communication. We needed a new furnace which is in our attic in a very tight space. Dave and Iram went above and beyond the job required to do the very difficult install. They changed their very busy schedule to accommodate us.They were very friendly, very professional, very clean, very neat, and on time. Now we have a heater that is super quiet and works great. We highly recommend Scott and the whole Rusher team!

I highly recommend Rusher Air Conditioning. John diagnosed two simple problems that another company said required the purchase of a new furnace or entire system. John also diagnosed a plumbing issue that was that was what caused the HVAC problem. Their prices are incredibly reasonable. If you need a diagnosis, a repair, or even a new system, call these guys!

So, it started getting cold and my heater would not fire up. Instant unhappy wife :) I called Rusher Air Conditioning (on a weekend BTW) and they sent a tech over to my house to investigate. They sent John, a super cool guy who was friendly, polite and funny. John immediately investigated that my heating unit was fine, but the thermostat had failed. He went to the truck, brought up anew thermostat and had it installed and programmed in less than 15 minutes!! He also gave me some helpful tips on some proactive maintenance I can do to make my heater last longer. Super cool.
