Rusmur Floors Carpet One Floor & Home

All of our original flooring (carpet and ceramic tile) was installed by Rusmur 22 years ago. They did an excellent job. Recently we had to have some tile replaced. The work was performed by Jeff from Rusmur. He did a great job replacing the ceramic tile and matching the grout. Thank you. Peter B.

We had a fantastic experience working with Rusmur on our basement flooring project. The team did an amazing job removing existing carpet and vinyl on the finished side, and leveling everything including concrete on the semi-finished laundry side. LVP was installed throughout and the attention to detail is incredible; everything flows seamlessly. Our floors are more beautiful than we could have imagined! It's comfortable for my family to hang out in, and we will definitely be using this Rusmur team again in the future.

This review is for the Plum location. I went into the showroom to shop for LVP flooring. I requested a few samples. They did not have any samples of the brand i requested in store so agreed to send some from the supplier. I never received the samples I requested. I found the floor I was looking at online and ordered samples from there instead. I decided on the floor I wanted and then returned to Rusmur to order the floor as they are one of the only distributors in the area that carries the brand. The sales guy that I've been dealing with wasn't in but the person at the counter took down my info and sq ft totals and assured me when they were back in (later that day supposedly) that they would call me and get my floor ordered. Guess what, no call. Decided to order from an online retailer.

Rusmur floors did a fantastic job. Not only did they give us a great price but the work was fantastic.Over the years we have gotten work done by various people.Bob and Mike the installers not only did a super great job but we’re so professional and friendly.The work they performed well all I can say is ‘Wow’ quality work and craftsmanship .As for Scott the manager couldn’t have ask for a better and more knowledgeable person to come out and talk to us about what we wanted to do. It’s obvious he’s been doing this for a long time . He helped us in so much with picking out carpet and flooring and what would be best for our house . We had a great experience with Rusmur installing carpet on our second floor. The sales team was great, we went to their showroom and looked through a TON of options with the guidance of the team and selected a great product and a very competitive price. The installation was easy to set up, fast, and the crew (who were not subcontractors) were friendly, clean and efficient. When I find a company that has great products, service and experience, I keep them, and I'll use Rusmur again for our next project for sure.
