Russell came out and priced the gutter replacement for my home in Bahama. They were very personable and also had the best pricing. The finished product looks amazing and functions much better than my old beat up gutters and really enhanced the attractiveness of my home. They even did me a huge favor by redirecting the downspout location and then adding corrugated plastic piping to make sure the rainwater was properly directed away from my home's foundation. I can't say enough about the work they did and their friendliness during the installation. I highly recommend Russell to any homeowner needing gutter replacement.

Russell Gutter Company installed gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards on our house 3 years ago. They completed the job in a couple of hours, hauled away our old gutters, and left no trash behind. Mr. Russell was very polite and helpful. We have not had any issues since the installation, and love not having to clean out the gutters due to the gutter guards. I highly recommend this company.

I had a bad experience with Russell gutter. I called gary Russell 5 weeks ago about cleaning my gutters. He said he'd get to it eventually but not for a while because he was backed up. He was going to charge me $150, which I agreed to. Four weeks later I phoned him and left a message. His answering machine says he will be glad to call back, but he never did. I left another message a few days later, and again he did not return my call. I finally reached him on the phone directly, and he was still backed up, which I could live with. However, he then said that he generally worked gutter cleaning in to spare time (i.e., when he didn't have anything better to do), because he couldn't make any money at it. Russell to set up appointment for estimate on new gutters. came out gave estimate. he was the lowest of 3 estimates. very good very professional. came out on time and finish in a very short while. clean up and hall old gutters away. had one problem after finishing. called him and mr also came right back out and fix the problem no questions asked. gutters going over 2 years now have no problem. very polite answer me you vert honest in everything he said and told me. We will using him again if needed. D.LOVE
