Brian was absolutely amazing to work with! He came out a day after I called to give us a free quote. He was personable and honest with what needed to be done. He also gave us different options to help keep us in our price range. Him and his other employee repaired our exterior main wire and installed overhead ceiling fans/lights inside. They even added a second switch to control the fan and light separately. I would highly recommend them!

Russell Electric very well could have saved the lives of my family... He came over to my house within 20 minutes of my call. He looked at my Panel and discovered a very serious fire hazard. He told me not to let my family stay there overnight. He said he would rearrange his schedule, even on the weekend, and install a new panel and all new breakers to make our home safe again. I contacted Brian when my previous electrician no showed for almost a week, Brian came to meet me the very next day and even showed up 15 minutes early, We walked thru the house to look at the work needed and he gave me a very reasonable and affordable estimate including the county permit, we agreed on the price and scheduled the work to be done on coming Monday. I asked him if he wanted me to pay him for the permit fee upfront he said he would pay it himself and charge me altogether, i checked the county website the following day and he had already pulled the permit as promised. Normally other electricians collect the permit fees upfront.
