We needed t replace our HVAC and technician John Lewis walked us through the entire process, explaining every step in terms I could understand. The entire team was both friendly and professional, and answered all our questions thoroughly. My recommendation of this company comes without reservation.

Summer of 2024 my AC went out.The part needed from Lenox was on back order pretty much the whole summer, for 4 whole months. Russell techs lend me wall units and did everything they could to help me out while the part arrived. I signed up for their maintenance package. I 100% recommend this company.

Russell has been doing our HVAC maintenance for years. Russell does a great job and is very knowledgeable. They keep up us up and running efficiently summer to winter! Definitely recommend them.

Great service!! These guys were on time and worked hard all day to trouble shoot and fix my system. Ethen and John kept me informed the whole time, explained what they were working on and seriously spent their entire day working on my system to make sure it was back up and running. They were stuck up in a cold attic and never once did I hear a complaint, nor did they ever even take a break. They have a new customer here, and I highly recommend them!

Our heat pump could no longer keep up with heating our condo. John came out and determined that a part was defective. While they did have to order the part, they were out first thing the next morning and installed the new part. These folks are great. Both John, Tristan, and Rena are friendly and knowledgeable.
