This company has been servicing my community for some time now. I used to be on the HOA board when we received complaints that the landscaper had allegedly damaged various articles on the resident's property but there was no submitted evidence so they were left to make repairs at their expense. Today a landscaper named Ruben was recorded intentionally pulling up buried fiber which terminated the internet service to my home from the damage to the line. There are multiple other services in that cluster that have likely been interrupted but we've yet to determine this. When I confronted Ruben on a 3-way call with my neighbor, he initially denied the act. When I notified him that it was recorded and appeared extremely malicious he said that if ATT buried the lines it wouldn't have happened. (T

I, too, am required to pay for their services (or lack there of) as part of our HOA. Antonio is the worst. He is rude, a liar and a hypocrite. Unfortunately he is a manager for Russell and he loves his power. Grass clippings are left all over our lawn too. My bushes have been trimmed halfway and halfway left untrimmed. I have dead areas of grass due to mower tires skidding. They are the type of company that blames the customer. They leave weeds even if they are 10 in tall. If you get to choose your lawn care service, don’t go with these guys.

Hire drivers capable of driving the speed limit in there trucks- dudes driving down trickum at 11 mph right this second - wouldn’t hire them out of the ignorance they allow from there employees. If you hired them then you should train them and teach them to respect other people…. Update! I tried calling the number provided and to no one’s surprise no one answered my call and I’m sure I won’t get a follow up lol 😂 let’s all band together and not hire companies that at the heart of it don’t care! If we stop putting them to work, then wventually they won’t be around to continue in life’s shenanigans
