We recently purchased a new home and wanted to upgrade the exterior door locks to Medeco locks. Joe came out and we came up with a game plan. The locks we wanted had to be custom made by the manufacturer, and it look a number of weeks for that to happen. Joe kept us informed every couple of weeks so we were aware of the approximate delivery date. This week Joe was able to remove the existing locks and install all 4 of our new deadbolts. He even took time and care to adjust several doors and the deadbolt areas to ensure the door would close and lock properly. Joe is the best! It's hard to find caring, professional, knowledgeable people. I highly recommend Russell Security, and will continue to use them for all of our security needs.

Called them to gather some information. Customer service person was short and fast. Like she didn’t have time for me. Seemed like I was bothering them when I called. I then proceed with a thank you and have a good day and personnel just hung up.Won’t be getting my recommendation or business in the future which is a shame.

I had bought a BMW and the key fob was not working I had to Order a new one and wasn't sure on how to program it myself..I was very overwhelmed... I was recommended to go to Russell Lock.. Locally Owed! 😊 Eric was awesome secretary was kind the owner came out and spoke with me very friendly atmosphere very affordable very very nice , it was very clean very easy to move around I walked right in and was helped right away I would recommend this to people for miles around to come and get their services!

I got locked out of my house, which is a little stressful when you have a toddler with you, your husband is out of town, and it’s a Sunday! I called so many places and this is the only place that returned my call. Not only that, but they came out right away. The guy who came was very friendly and I felt the price was reasonable. I hope I don’t need this service again but I would recommend them to anyone who does. (:

Fast friendly service. They have been so helpful every time I stop by to have keys made. They either have or can find any obscure key I may have. When I requested a site visit, they were on time and pointed out a security issue I should address. I’ll definitely continue to use their services.
